This naughty user has been banned from Metropol. Maybe they posted nonsense, insulted everyone, uploaded bad things or tried to rig X Factor. The banning might be permanent or temporary. I don't know the ins and outs; I am but an error page.

Whatever the reason, this naughty nelly's uploads are locked whilst they're banned. Sorry :(

If you're after something in particular you can still use the tag finder in the upload service menus, or failing that, look at the massive big list of everything and let your eyes go funny.
